HOCHTIEF Solutions Bulgaria was established in 2002 as a new, modern developing company using the experience and knowledge of the mother company in cooperation with branches throughout Europe and overseas.

HOCHTIEF Solutions Bulgaria is a service-oriented construction company combining all traditional core business areas of the HOCHTIEF Group in one organization. The branch provides clients with a broad range of high-quality services. These are based upon the experience and knowledge of the market, as well as upon a flexible and responsible approach.

HOCHTIEF Solutions Bulgaria specializes in the execution of infrastructural projects, construction and civil engineering, as well as environment conservation utilities.

In December 2007 HOCHTIEF Solutions Bulgaria was entered into the Central Professional Register of Contractors under the Bulgarian Construction Chamber Act and is entitled to execute projects in the five construction groups: high buildings and adjacent infrastructure, environmental projects, transport and energy infrastructural projects, as well as public utilities infrastructural projects.

The Branch is certified under the international Quality Management Standard ISO 9001:2000.
